Cooling Unlimited, Inc. - Utility Rebates

2017 Offers Great Savings!

Cooling Unlimited has teamed up with Mass Save and Mass Clean Energy to promote energy efficiency in homes in Massachusetts. Depending on where you live, you may qualify for energy rebates through your utility company when you purchase a high efficiency heating or air conditioning system with Cooling Unlimited.

Check out below to learn more about the 2017 utility rebates available in your area:

In order to qualify for these rebates you must be a customer of a Mass Save member utility. Mass Save partners with Eversource Electric, National Grid Electric, Western Massachusetts Electric Company, Cape Light Compact, and Unitil. All installations of ducted heat pumps, central air conditioning, and mini split heat pump systems must be installed by a licensed contractor.

These rebates are in effect from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.

In order to qualify for these rebates you must be a residential customer of a Mass Save member utility. You must have a Mass Save Energy Assessment or Site Visit prior to taking out your existing equipment. All installations of early heating and air conditioning replacement systems must be installed by a licensed contractor.

These rebates are in effect from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.

Mass Save is in partnership with Eversource Gas, Blackstone Gas, Berkshire Gas, Liberty Utilities (MA Only), Unitil, National Grid Gas (MA Only), and Columbia Gas Company (MA Only). All installations of high efficiency heating systems or hot water systems must be installed by a licensed contractor.

Mass Save is in partnership with Cape Light Compact, National Grid Electric, Eversource Electric, and Unitil Electric. All installations of high efficiency heating systems or hot water heaters must be installed by a licensed contractor.

Mass CEC, has authorized $ 30 Million in funding to support a suite of Clean Heating & Cooling programs through 2020. As part of this suite of programs, the Mass CEC provides rebates for the installation of high efficiency, cold–climate air–source heat pumps ("ASHP") at residential properties through the Residential Air–Source Heat Pump Program.

In order to qualify for these rebates you must have a utility that contributes to the Renewable Energy Trust. This includes the Massachusetts service territory of National Grid, Eversource, and Unitil. All existing residences must have an energy audit completed within the past 48 months or have an energy audit scheduled to occur and completed within six months of the Project Completion.
