Gold Plan A: Heating and Cooling System (Spring and Fall) $238.00 per year
Note: Please add $56.00 for oil heat
- For Gas Heat: Inspect fan motor and blades and clean as necessary. Inspect for gas leaks. Inspect blower assembly, fan belt and motor and clean and adjust. Inspect burner assembly and clean and adjust as necessary. Inspect ignition system and safety controls and clean and adjust. Replace standard 1” filter. Inspect heat exchanger and heating elements. Inspect flue system. Inspect control box and associated control wiring. .
- For Oil Heat: Vacuum-clean boiler, smoke pipe and combustion chamber. Replace nozzle. Test spray. Clean and adjust electrodes. Check pump pressure and pump screen. Check and oil motor. Check relay. Test safety controls. Perform efficiency test.
Gold Plan B: Heating System Only (Fall only) $119.00 per year

Gold Plan C: Cooling System Only (Spring only) $119.00 per year

For A/C: Clean drain lines. Check all pressures and refrigerant charge. Inspect motor. Check supply and return air temperatures. Inspect filter. Clean dirt and debris from inside cabinet. Oil motor and clean as necessary. Inspect fan motor and blades and lubricate. Inspect control box and associated wiring and connections. Inspect compressor, condensing coil and condensate pump. Replace filter. Check thermostat.
Gold Plan D: Heat Pump Only (Spring and Fall) $238.00 per year

For Heat Pump: Change filters, oil motor and check the following: electrical components, safety features, thermostat, fan motor, pressure on high and low side, coils and compressor efficiency.

Note: Preventative Maintenance customers receive V.I.P. Service. All prices quoted above are for single systems. For two or more systems, there will be a 10% discount per system. Above plans do not include any replacement parts or related labor charges if equipment is found to be defective. We offer a 10% discount on any parts needed.
