To our valued customers:

The health of our customers and team members are our highest priority. The recent spread of the Cornonavirus (COVID-19) continues to disrupt many facets of our lives and has caused many changes in the way businesses must operate.

Our team works diligently every day to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our customers. With the heightened threat of COVID-19, we have amped up our in-home safety measures by requiring our employees to not only regularly wash their hands, but to apply hand sanitizer before entering a client’s home. Additionally, employees have been instructed to wear masks and latex gloves as necessary while in the home to ensure added protection for our clients.

While practicing good health and safety are not new concepts to our organization, we feel that it is necessary to increase the frequency in which we wash and disinfect to ensure we are minimizing the potential for the spread of the virus.

All of our dedicated team members have been instructed to monitor their own health very closely. If a team member is showing symptoms of any illness, they have been advised to seek medical treatment and will not be allowed to report to work until their symptoms have been resolved.

We are unsure of the long-term impact to the global supply chain due to the COVID-19 outbreak. As of today, we are not experiencing any product or equipment shortages. We will work directly with our manufacturers and distributors and will notify our customers if potential shortages become apparent.

It’s likely that this situation will continue to evolve in the coming weeks, but we take great comfort in knowing that in the midst of difficult times, we have the best opportunities to show up for each other and our clients in ways that matter the most.
